OUR PROMISE:
We promise the item will be in working order at the time we ship it. If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping company. The shipper might include some insurance on shipments. Make certain that you add enough insurance to cover the cost of the item(s) you order. They will need the tracking number and maybe some of your information to file the claim. If an item arrives to you in perfect physical condition but does not work as stated in the item description we will be happy to give you a full refund, if you follow these steps: (1) Contact us with a description of the problem and any steps taken to fix the item. (2) Wait for a reply. We may suggest some steps to get the item working. (3) If we feel that the item is in impossible condition, we will decide whether or not we want it back. Do NOT SHIP the item without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a UPS Call Tag issued by us. If you ship an item back without an RMA and/or Call Tag we may not refund you the shipping fees and/or purchase price.
Why do we do this? We try to make the process cheaper and easier for everyone.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:
All orders are final unless cancelled in writing within two weeks of order and prior to shipment. Any order cancelled after such period is subject to a 25% restocking fee, and any additional freight charges. Further, a non-refundable 50% deposit may be required of any future orders. Return of goods will not be accepted without prior authorization and specific instructions from us. All returned goods are subject to a restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred. This unique furniture style is subject to irregularities due to its handcrafted nature; color and dimensions may change slightly. Normal cracking of wood products adds to the handcrafting. HOWEVER, special care is needed with some of our fine lines of furniture. Therefore none of the afore mentioned reasons may be considered as a reason for return.
OBTAINING A RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):
We ask that all defective merchandise be photographed, and a written statement of defects be prepared. Call us, and we will proceed from there. Any item returned without an RMA will not receive a refund and will not be returned to the customer. If after a review, of the photos and statement of defects a piece is deemed defective, you may obtain an RMA.
