SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:

We cannot be held responsible for domestic freight rates. Freight rates may represent a large percentage on small orders. If a specific carrier is desired, please include on each purchase order. We can provide you a rate quote, but such a quote is subject to change when orders are shipped. Packing, handling and insurance charges are not included in any rate quote. All freight and any associated charges are due upon shipment of your order. Merchandise is inspected and carefully packed before leaving our warehouse. CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders will generally have a lead time of eight to twelve weeks, however in some cases due to uncontrollable situations these lead times could be longer. Custom pieces will require a drawing with all the specifications, including sizes, dimensions, color, etc. , before we can give lead times and prices. All pieces will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
